Creating Bibliographic "Collections"

WHAT CAN BE DONE AFTER CREATING A "COLLECTION"

• You can get an URL (link) that can be emailed to your patrons or students for them to get the same search results from your "collection". You can also use a simple image or icon and place it in the "visual search" box.

This is how to get the link: Type the name of the collection by doing a specific field search as shown in the video. On the results page, you will see a "share search" option which will provide you with an URL link.

This list or collection is in real-time, if you make any changes to your collection, it will be reflected when the search is performed using the link.

• Also, using the "visual search" widget or box from your main catalog, you can add an image with a pre-determined search as described before to pull up your results with a single click from that image. To do this, please take a look at this video.
