Decided to break down teams by programs and tasks:

Mainstage: Tad

Ensemble School: Gené

Ensemble Development: Reiner

We decided that we would all define other team members for our areas, including board, ensemble, and outside expertise.

Hi committee members

At our meeting on tuesday we agreed on the following strategy for completing the Artisic Vision planning goals. A point person will oversee each of the goals. The point person will be responsible for :

Creating a team to work on the goal. Team members can be from both inside the ensemble and/or Board and outside

Overseeing the work of the team

Writing a progress report to be completed by Dec 20.

Team members should be selected and sent to me by Nov 15. The whole committee will meet on December 20 at 6 PM in the theater to reort on the progress.

Assignments. Please refer to the strategic plan for the wording of the goal and the objectives/strategies already identified.
