2019-2020

WHAT GETS CLEANED:

Concessions-

Clean and/or put away dishes

Clean surrounding countertops, sink area

Sweep and mop the floor

Dump recyclables into larger blue can

Dump trash and put in new bags

Lobby-

Make sure all surfaces (tables, tops of trash cans, display case, display tables, etc) are wiped down & clean. Sometimes the floor isn’t swept by building…so double check for spills, dust balls, etc. Put away or throw away any random things left sitting out. Empty trash and recycling

Fancy/Green Room-

Dump trash

Do an overall check to make sure there aren't drinks etc sitting around.

Backstage-

Dump trash/recycling

vacuum dressing room

clean bathroom sink, toilet, shower, and mirror

mop floor

re-stock toilet paper and paper towels. For the paper towel dispenser, it has a key in a cup inside the cabinet, it opens both the trashcan release and the towel dispenser area.

Office Area-

Dump trash/recycling (offices, classroom, conference room etc)

Box office should be wiping down front door with Windex

Vacuum.

House Manager or Volunteers should vacuum lobby entrance/theatre door mat & bathroom hallway.

Stage 2/Mainstage -

Dump Trash/recycling.

Overall-

Take recycle bin out to the streetside- right next to the lamppost outside our front door (Sundays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays) Otherwise large recycle bins are in the back of the building.

FYI: The building takes care of supplies in the public bathroom but if we run out over the weekend, its up to us to use our supplies. Rarely happens though.

WHERE ARE THE....?

- Paper towel /toilet paper rolls are in the storage closet outside stage 2.

- Windex is in the box office on the shelves to the left of the desk

- Pine-Sol is under the slop sink in the dressing room

- Trash Bags are under the sink in concessions AND above the laundry machines in the dressing room

- Mops are beside the slop sink in the dressing room

- Swiffer broom is beside the slop sink in the dressing room (FYI, it is not a "wet-jet" swiffer)

- Swiffer pads are on the shelf above the slop sink or on the shelf above the laundry (if you don't see any we may have run out- contact Lorrie)

- Bathroom cleaning products are in the middle shelf of the tall cupboard in the dressing room bathroom

- Dispensed paper towels are either on top of or on the lowest shelf of the cupboard in the dressing room bathroom

- Paper towel dispenser key is in a plastic cup on the middle shelf of the tall cupboard in the dressing room bathroom

- Vaccum: in the storage closet across from the library.

- Trash dumpsters are outside the building at the end of our tiny parking lot; go out the front door, turn left and there are 2 green dumpsters next to the building.

- Recycling bins are underneath the overhang of the building behind the green dumpsters. You do NOT need to take our recycle bin here- but if there's a work call or strike with a lot of recycled debris, it can go here.
