PROM VOLUNTEER SIGNUP: sign up through iVolunteer
Volunteer descriptions:
HOST: Greets patrons & assists directing guests into the space (Makes periodic announcements)
WILL CALL: Distributes purchased tickets/sell MET money/distribute auction number to guests.
CASH TABLE: Sells walk-up tickets/MET money/distribute auction numbers to guests
BAR: sell beer/wine to patrons using MET money only
FOOD: keep food table stocked & clean
COAT CHECK: hang coats & distribute coat check numbers to guests
PROM COURT: recruit prom court nominees/distribute buckets/collect & count results
PHOTOS: Assist Joe w/ paperwork to those getting prom photos
