Objective: Marketing Message
1. Define target audience
2. Develop message for each one (concepts)
3. Create marketing materials for each.
Goal: YouTube Presents
Objective: All things MET on a MET Channel
1. create/maintain a MET YouTube channel (someone take ownership of the channel)
2. organize the content (playlists: Main Stage, Fun Company, Comedy Pigs, Interviews, Ensemble School, Outreach Programs, Rehearsals, Etc)
3. update regularly
4. start discussing reality series with Ensemble members
Goal: Community & Audience Interaction
Objective: Expand media awareness through print & social network
1. links page on our site to other theatres & vise versa
2. invite reviewers to Tweet-Up? (get press out before second week slump?)
3. investigate partnerships with FMD 930, FRE 90.9, Eagle 106.9 (commercials...?)

* Idea: 'pay it forward' ticket system: have 5 new people buy a tix & give your name, you get a free tix.

-Ensemble: give them a boiled down version with option to investigate further (wiki)
-target audiences may overlap, as well as sub-groups (likes "Spelling Bee", is shocked by "Killer Joe")

Goal: Know Your Enviroment
Objective: Negotiate greater support from external partners
1. FtP cameos (depends on show/role)
2. Board of Aldermen
3. Funds we haven't applied for from local government (grants, too)
4. smart small, trade in kind (free tickets to local officials)
5. radio ads?
6. 'crawl' on Weather Station?
7. local segment on CNN station (Comcast Spotlight)
Objective: Create comprehensive analysis from Marketing Director
1. provide contacts, make personal introductions to local business with Dan Brick
2. make a list of people/organizations Dan needs to be introduced to.

What are our 'untapped areas'...?
IDEAS:
*Gallery Walks are great! If actors cannot dress up for the show ("Dead Man's Cell Phone", for example), have actors wear MET shirts/garb & pass out flyers/coupons.
*Sell back row stool seats at a slightly discounted price...?
