K Grade Catch Fly Balls:

**I can drop a light weight ball from chin height and catch it at the height of the bounce, 3 consecutive times. (MMC.03)(KFB.01)(KMC.03)(APE.01)(APA.01)(BFB.01)

1st Grade Catch Fly Balls:

**I can catch a lightweight 6-10 in ball that is lobbed from a distance of 6 feet and progressively greater heights (to 10 feet), 3 consecutive times.

2^nd Grade:

**I can show correct hand position (thumbs turned in or out, depending on flight of ball) when catching a lightweight, 6-10 inch ball lobbed from a distance of 6 feet and a height of 10 feet, 3 consecutive times.

3^rd Grade Catch Fly Balls:

****I can catch a lightweight, 6-10 inch ball directly thrown to the student from a distance of 10 feet and reaching a height of 10 feet, 3 consecutive times.

4th Grade Catch Fly Balls:

**I can catch a ball thrown from 20 feet, and within 5 feet of either side of body.
