Strategies for improving sleep

We as students often suffer from lack of sleep - drowsiness, headaches, hard to focus in class or on assignments, or even having an awful mood throughout the whole day! As we become older, more responsibilities and pressure drives us to all-nighters and coffee. Below are 5 key pieces of advice that are given out by health professionals that can improve these problems, and actual testimonies from our own peers, from freshmen to Seniors alike.  

Most of us will agree that a good night's sleep greatly improves the mood and attitude that we exhibit throughout the day. Such so, experts say that sleep occupies an important role in maintaining our health and also improving it in various aspects, such as health, relationship, and in academics. Unfortunately, it is true that our workloads sometimes stop our walk toward a good night's sleep.
