Applying to Japanese universities is a process in which the ISKL Counseling Team has vast experience. We are here to help students and families navigate the journey in order to ensure you have complete and on-time applications. The best results come when we communicate regularly and work together!
ONE Document Request Form (DRF) is required for each application. Submit your DRF 3 working weeks prior to the university window deadline directly to your counselor.
Read through each university website & application guide and note the documents required for your application. Complete the DRF accordingly to request needed school documents.
ISKL will prepare the following documents upon request:
School Profile
Transcript (you can download your transcript with "Issued to Student" stamp from PowerSchool, under "reporting" tab)
Certificate of Anticipated Graduation or Certificate of Graduation
IB Predicted Grades
Report Cards (only if enrolled at ISKL before High School)
Some universities allow documents to be submitted online, while others use a paper format or combination of online and paper submission. Ask your counselor the best way to submit for each school.

Please indicate awards received and/or activities done at ISKL only, and obtain the confirmation from your advisors by assigning them on each activity in order for us to verify this document.
Note: We will NOT stamp on individual certificates.

Please submit your request to your counselor at least 3 working weeks prior to the university deadline, and follow up on the submission. If a hardcopy of the forms / letter needs to be sent to the university, please ensure that the said forms / letter is submitted to Ms. Priscilla (pdewadas@iskl.edu.my) at the HS Counseling office at least 2 working days prior to the DHL sending date.
Please pay for DHL at the PantherHut or online (RM137) at least 5 working days prior to DHL sending date.
