How power players get things done.
Simple idea: Set priorities (5 Minute).
Turn off all distractions/notifications/ your phone etc (just for 25 minutes)
Set alarm for 25 minutes. Work hard for those 25 minutes on that one thing only.
Take a break for a five minutes.
Next round—new task, even if the old task is not finished
Break
Third round. -new task
Now 15-30 minutes break. Do something physical.
Repeat cycles until finished.
