Tip 2: Pomodoro Technique

How power players get things done.

  • Simple idea: Set priorities (5 Minute).

    • Turn off all distractions/notifications/ your phone etc (just for 25 minutes)

  • Set alarm for 25 minutes. Work hard for those 25 minutes on that one thing only.

  • Next round—new task, even if the old task is not finished

    • Break

  • Third round. -new task

    • Now 15-30 minutes break. Do something physical.

      • Repeat cycles until finished.
