Here at Flo-Ro we are trying to keep our classrooms healthy and ready to learn. Please review the "When kids are sick" tab for guidance when it is best to keep your child home from school.

Attention 3rd Grade Parents

Hearing and Vision Screening

In the middle of October we will be starting our annual hearing, vision, and BMI screening. Forms will be sent out soon to notify parents of the starting dates.

Kindergarten- vision and hearing

First Grade-vision, hearing, and BMI

Second Grade- vision and hearing

Third Grade- vision and hearing

Forth Grade-Vision and BMI

If for any reason you DO NOT want your child screened please print and send in the screening refusal form under the "screenings" tab for declining the screening.

A current physical is required this school year. If your child has had a physical exam since July 2018, please send in a copy to the nurse's office. If have already sent it in THANK YOU!!
