The Best Gift of All...Good Health!!!

Tips for a healthy season:

  • Get your flu shot

  • Keep washing your hands-with soap!

  • Cover your cough and sneeze

  • If you or your child are sick stay home to rest and recover

  • Get plenty of rest, children age 6-13 should get 9 to 11 hours of sleep each night

When to keep your child home:

  • Fever 0f 100.4 or higher

  • Vomiting or loose stools with in 12 hours of the start of the school day

  • Uncontrolled cough

  • When diagnosed with a bacterial infection. Student needs to be on antibiotics for 24 hours prior to return to school

Attention 3rd Grade Parents

A current physical is required this school year. If your child has had a physical exam since July 2018, please send in a copy to the nurse's office. If have already sent it in THANK YOU!!
