The Best Gift of All...Good Health!!

Tips for a healthy season:

  • Get your flu shot

  • Keep washing your hands-with soap!

  • Cover your cough and sneeze

  • If you or your child are sick stay home to rest and recover

  • Get plenty of rest, children age 6-13 should get 9 to 11 hours of sleep each night

Reminder to 3rd Grade Families:

All third grade students are required to submit an updated physical form to the nurse. Please send in a copy of your child's most recent physical exam form.
