Third Grade Families

Please be advised that all third graders are required by Massachusetts state law and Groton Dunstable Regional School District policy to have physical exams performed and documented this year. Parents that have not submitted forms completed by their child's physician/ pediatrician are required to do so before the end of the school year. Please note that if your child has already had a physical this year, you may request documentation from the doctor’s office, it is not necessary to have another physical.

Influenza is an infection of the nose, throat, and lungs caused by influenza viruses. To protect against the flu the most important thing to do is get the flu vaccine.
