Gateway Experience
Students will learn about how humans leverage resources to support a growing global society. Students will understand the importance of sustainability, accessibility, innovation and local & global historical trends. Using a design thinking process, students will have exposure to how agriculture technologies impact food, plant, animal and natural resource systems. Through fun and relevant experience, students will clarify their own interests, passions, and potential career pathways.

Modern agriculture is not just about plows, cows and sows anymore; it's about biotechnology, plant science, animal health and natural resources...and it's exciting! Get hands-on experience investigating science topics that matter in your everyday life.
