2 lbs ground beef
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch celery
2 pkgs of won ton skins
Dice celery and green onions, mix in ground beef
2 tbls soy sauce
lay out won ton skins all over counter, place balls of the meat & veg in the center of the won ton skin
wrap the corners, and wet with water lightly to hold in the meat
Heat oil in deep fryer to 375, place single layer of won tons at the bottom of the basket, turn once while cooking, should
be golden brown on both sides.
I like to dip in ketchup & mustard, but Kathy prepares sweet and sour sauce.
