Parmesan Chicken Caserole
Parmesan Chicken Caserole (*this is yummy)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (do not use lowfat)
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup white wine *or two if you want
*Mix these all up
Brown 6 chicken breasts in olive oil
Cook 3 cups of rice
One or two cans of artichoke hearts (I like to use two)
Put rice in bottom of baking dish
Put chicken breasts on top
Put artichoke hearts on top
Sprinkle 1/2 cup parmesan cheese on top
Pour mixture from above over all of it.
BAKE at 350 for 1/2 hour.
This is a good recipe to make the night before.
Put it all together and put it in the refrigerator over night
Bake it the next day.
