Cheescake
Cake
6 large eggs
3 8 oz Cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup drained pinapple (crushed)
Crust
2 cups graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
Topping
8 oz or 1 lb sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
Crust:
Mix graham crumbs and butter thouroughly. Pat at the bottom of greased pan. Refrigerate while making filling
Filling:
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until liquified. Check for lumpy cheese. Pour onto chilled crust. Bake for 60 - 75 minutes. @ 325 degrees. The center should be set and not very wiggly.
Take out when done, pour topping. Return to oven 5 minutes or until set.
