Makes 1 pie (Never just make 1, this recipe is VERY forgiving, rough estimates at best)
Crust: 1 pkg crushed graham cracker, 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter. melt butter 30 seconds in microwave. mix sugar, crushed graham cracker and butter. press into bottom of a pie pan, bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
Filling: Blend 2 pkg of cream cheese, 1 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp vanilla. Then fold in 1/2 pint of whipped heavy whipping cream.
Refrigerate overnight. Do the topping the next day (or get your spouse to neatly arrange fruit on top). Any fruit topping or Mrs. Richardson'
