THE CHALLENGE: Time lapse videos (also known as fast framing) are a cool way to show people a long process in a very short amount of time. Show people how you created a picture on PhotoShop, a drawing in Adobe Illustrator, or do it with pictures of the same thing that change over time. Like how a tree changes color throughout the year, or your different outfits throughout the semester while standing in the same spot. Be creative and have fun with this idea. This could be a project that you simply take one picture a day and then work on another project until you have gotten a lot of photos to put into iMovie and speed up.

Depending on tools & effects used in iMovie and in what it is you filmed.

THE DETAILS:

• • Turn on your QUICKTIME PLAYER and record your screen! Click HERE for Quicktime Player directions.

• As an example, go to as many websites as you can. Play around. make sure Quicktime is recording.

• Stop Quicktime when you are done (see directions on how to stop). Put the screen recording into iMovie.

• Speed it up, add titles, sound, etc.
