P. V. Art 2020 -21

We had a great first semester of Art at P.V. It was hard to say good bye mid year, especially to the 5th graders who will be in middle school next year. Hopefully 2021-2022 will allow us to have our normal schedule again. In the meantime, enjoy video highlights of some of our projects.

Since parents aren't allowed in the building and we cannot have an art show, here are some videos of the work we have done this year. Enjoy!

Welcome back to art class! I am excited to be back in school and see the students again.

 Art changes due to COVID-19

I will be teaching the 1st semester at Prairie View, 4 days a week. I will be teaching the 2nd semester at Stoddard, 4 days a week. This minimizes the risk of building exposure for students and staff. The students will still receive the same overall amount of art instruction.

• Students will be in the art room with plexiglass dividers. The room is thoroughly disinfected between classes.

• Art supplies will not be shared between students unless they can be properly disinfected after use.

• I will be wearing a mask at all times and expect students to do the same.
