Thank you all for turning in the purple general form packet. We are working to review the giant stack of papers. A big thank you to the families that have already contributed time to help the trip stay organized. We couldn't do this without you.
As we wrap up the year, I wanted to remind all families that payments are due no later than January 10, 2013. If you are contributing more than the $650 and you would like your donation to count for the 2012 tax year, please have your child turn in your check by Thursday, December 20. All checks must be turned into Mrs. Enright in room 3. Please do not turn in documents or checks to the office or leave them for student pickup. There is a document from the district with information about the tax deductions; Yosemite Tax Exempt Letter 2012.pdf. We want to thank all of the families that are making this trip possible for all students that want to attend. Preliminary estimates show that our grants, planned contributions and fundraising will leave us about $8000 short. Please consider company matching for any amounts that you contribute greater than $650 and also increasing your contribution if you are able.
If you have questions about the medical forms please review the parent meeting slides and fast forward to the slide about the medical forms. We would like all forms returned even if there are no medications needed: for prescription forms, just mark with a large X, for the OTC medications, please mark NO on all medications and sign.
