Welcome to the New Year! We have about two months before we leave and there is plenty to do to prepare. By January 13, the final payment of $580 needs to be delivered to Mrs. Enright in room 3. (Checks payable to CMS with your child's first and last name on the check.) If you wish to stay on the active list or be considered for the active list, then you MUST make your payment on time. Please take care of this as soon as possible, since we have to reconcile and deposit all the checks by the 16th of January.
The next deadline is the medical and dietary form. That form packet is due on January 19th. Please keep all the forms attached even if they don't apply (no prescriptions.) Just write NA on the form. Extra copies should also be stapled to the front cover to help with sorting and checking. If possible, please bring those in this week as well so we can check them and return any that might not be completed correctly. These forms can be checked and turned in to Mrs. Enright, room 3 or Mrs. Holtzapple, Room 13. Any students that did not turn in the form packet before the December holiday were potentially on the wait list. On Friday, January 6, notes were sent during 1st period to any student that either was a) on the wait list before or b) turned in the general form packet late. The slip informed them of their current status (Active or Wait List). Students were prioritized by the time and date they turned in their forms, or equivalently the time that they reached "Good" status. This process will be used for any late payments as well. Remember to be considered in "good" status, by Friday you need to have the General Form Packet turned in and the Final Payment Made. Without those, you will be moved to the wait list.
