1. Your final payment of $595 is due by January 14, 2011. You can drop off a check with the student's first and last name on the bottom to ROOM 3 ONLY. DO NOT drop off in the office, or to your science teacher. We like to keep close tabs on them and this is the simplest way. You can drop them off at brunch or lunch or at either of the Thursday meetings we will have before the due date.
2. We will be announcing the scholarship awards the first week of January. If you applied for a scholarship, please wait until your receive your letter before making any further payments.
3. Make sure your grades and behavior are still within our guidelines. We will be checking 2nd quarter grades and you can be dropped from the trip if you become ineligible. OUCH!
4. We have created a list of students that did not turn in forms on time. If you are one of those students get them in as soon as possible to room 3.
