We are always glad to bring you new features, but sometimes those cool things are hidden under the hood! Let us share the rate of crashes for the range of September - October 2015. Here are data for the full version:
As you can see the crashes spiked after the iOS 9 release by Apple. On the first day possible we queued speedometer with updates for iOS 9. And you can see if we did well with those iOS 9 specific crashes, but also with pre-iOS9 crashes. They all gradually diminished after the September 27th release as you have been updating to the new version 1.6.1!
And that's all even with higher full version usage that we got (unique/new sessions per day):
We hope to account that higher usage to new cool features added in release 1.6 :)!
* Data are provided by Apple analytics web site based on users opt-in in iOS settings. Speedometer app doesn't have and will never have any analytics built-in.
