Organization is simply putting your story in an order that makes sense. Sentences about a certain topic will be found together.
If your binder is organized then all of your science papers are together, all of your math papers are together, and all of your English papers are together.
In the song "My Adidas", Run D.M.C. talks about their shoes. They have organized their ideas to help the song make more sense.
There is a section in the song about wearing Adidas in concerts.
There is another section about how they go everywhere with their Adidas.
Another section talks about buying their Adidas.
A final section of the song is about the colors they have and when they wear those certain colors.
