What environmental factors impact the energy usage of yeast cells? 

Yeasts are used in baking and making beer. They are single-celled organisms which are part of the fungi kingdom. They are heterotrophs and must consume food to obtain their energy.

Part 1 – Observing yeast - 5 pts (notebook check)
