01 Introduction to Biology
Living things must be able to maintain their own internal conditions, reproduce, and adapt to their environment. Biology is a branch of science attempting to explain the conditions in which living things survive. Overall, science is an endeavor to explain the nature of the universe.
By the end of the unit you should be able to:
determine what makes living things different than nonliving things.
collect observations, recognize patterns in data and explain inferences.
develop, follow, and report the results of an experiment.
This unit has three sections. Use the links to learn more and study for assessments.
