The Academy Rules

1. The Academy is the source of truth

2. There must be no more than three levels to find information

3. Pages containing subpages are Container Pages. They should not contain information other than specific instructions to navigate the "sub-pages". 

4. Pages should have a header followed by a table of contents column (left) and a text column (right) with a simple edit comments (things to do, last edit date and last edit by)
