Main Model Set up

- This file is ready to be used for AA to AC conditions, for AE purposes the proper filters are still in process.

- There are some 2D elements (symbols, fills, notes etc) that are from the previous project that can be deleted or modified as needed.

Steps:

1. Fill the Project information and update the site legend. Project Location and North

2. Modify Levels (in elevation)

3. Link Survey CAD & Modify Property lines and setbacks (which is group). One of the edges of the property lines has to be placed on the project base.

4. Create 3 linked files:

         -  2 files with Topography for the site Existing (which will include existing & demo) and New with the pads

         - Context which includes topography for street, pedestrian path & green areas, the surroundings, houses and fences.

5. Based on the Survey create group with 2D elements for the neighbors information (as rls, windows, eaves, gutters, building footprints, roof ridge, power poles, boundaries etc)

6. Picture for Cover Page (Google map image & 3D view) and for Site Analysis (3 images, check previous files for a reference)
