• Floor Finishes allowance

• Walls are set with the right thicknesses

• Voids have been set with the right clearances

LOD - Level of Detail (Development)

QC - Quality Control

Refers to the process of developing and revising the documentation. It requires further information not to be issued to validate assumptions

CC - Construction Certificate (Coordination)

This stage aims to coordinate all disciplines. Make assumptions visible to other disciplines to validate plans.

CD - Construction Documentation

This stage is to execute the works, therefore it is assumed the design is validated and now needs to be made understandable by contractors.

QC and validation information is hidden and dimension setting out information is included.
