Making invoices with third party tools

PREPARATION

In the APP, you can visit your profile and perform a search related to the period to be invoice

You can add the hours performed in the subject period

Add additional lines for items such as paid leave, additional expenses, pre-payments... Please do not add this in the notes.

If items are deductions instead of charges set the value (or cost) in negative numbers

Taxes

For Australia based invoices

If you are a resident in Australia for tax purposes, you can charge GST only if you are registered for GST. Please note that sole traders or individuals are normally not registered for GST.

For Overseas Invoices

Imports and Exports are not subject to taxes, so it should be tax-free

SENDING and PAYMENT

Invoices should be sent to your office manager, who will then send them to the administrator with a monthly report of the whole office performance.

For "Natural Month" billing periods, invoices must be sent by the 3rd of each month

For other billing periods, invoices can be sent ad hoc.

Unless force majeure circumstances, Invoices are payable within 14 days from reception.
