There were a couple of spots that were flagged as needing to be improved on for both programs. The tally page for the scores is attached below as well.
In section 3, Program Advisory Committees are effectively utilized, part E Agendas/Minutes are maintained on file, and part F Records of attendance are maintained by programs were both concerns. Currently we do keep the minutes things on the T-shared as well as in our own H:drives. Our scribe for our meetings for the last few years has been Jennifer Cass, one of our teachers. I am in the process of moving this years, at least, to the website. Attendance sheets will also be scanned in at the end of each meeting and will be available on the site as well. This will necessitate some changes to our normal sign in list. We will scrub the email and other identifiers from it.
The other part that was flagged was section 5, to ensure that an integrated program is operational and that program objectives are met, adequate time is provided in the following areas: Part E, English as a Second Language, and Part G, Bilingual Education were both flagged. In reality, this whole section does not apply to us here. We do not teach integrated programs in our CTE pathways. (That would be a class that counted for both academic credit as well as the CTE credit.)
