Student results will be sent to their universities automatically – the students need to be sure their counselors have that information. Please note: there are specific IB Organization guidelines that determines the number of universities a student's results will be automatically sent; a factor in determining this is directly linked to the number of countries where the universities are and which counties the universities are located.
To access your IB results after July 7th, 2025:
Go to...
A candidate must enter his or her alphanumeric Personal Code and his or her PIN. The personal code (for example, cbh768) is case sensitive. The PIN (for example, TH34MPC4) is not case sensitive. If a candidate incorrectly enters the wrong personal code and/or PIN, after three attempts, access will be unblocked after 30 minutes of inactivity.
*Note: if the above link does not work, the IB Organization is set up so that access to its content works better by using "Firefox" as the web browser. If this is the case for you , download "Firefox" and copy and paste this link: https://candidates.ibo.org/#/Login - in the web browser "Firefox." Additionally, be particularly careful when you copy and past your personal code and PIN - so that you do not include any "spaces" on either side of your personal code and / or PIN.
Each IB Candidate will have their Personal Code emailed to them by October, 2024 and in April, 2025, each IB Candidate will have their Personal Code and PIN sent to them by email.
The four options to have your IB results sent to a university are:
1. The IB Coordinator is responsible to ensure results are automatically sent to the university of your choice. The deadline to inform your High School Counselor the universities that pertain to you is June 15th , 2025.
2. Any requests made after this date must be submitted by the candidate directly, using the transcripts request forms available on our public website — Request for results service
3. If it is approved by the university, the IB Coordinator can email the results to the university.
4. You can provide the actual certificate to your university. AST will receives these in August of the year of each exam.
Note: you will need the following information to access your results or have the results sent to another university:
