Stir-fried chives and tofu

Chives stir-fried with tofu is one of the easiest and most rewarding dishes to make.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

    • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

    • 8-10 prawns, shelled

    • 100g chives, cut into 1 1/2 in segments

    • 1 tofu, sliced thickly and fried

Preparation

  1. Heat cooking oil, and saute the chopped garlic.

  2. Add the prawns and fry.

  3. Then, add the chives and stir-fry quickly.

  4. Add the tofu, and then season with salt.
