Yosemite

Hi all,

Here's another web cam that Dawn would check regularly. This one is of Yosemite valley, another favorite destination of Dawn's. One of her goals in life was to hike to the top of half dome. It's a pretty snowy day in Yosemite.

Cool webcam!

Well, I think I could get physically ready for a memorial or tribute hike to the top of half dome by July or August...or September after the crowds thin back out. Heck, I sure don't have the knees for it, but my knees will have to come along and complain later!

Anyone else want to plan a rendezvous? September 11th and 12th look open on my calendar. So do 18th and 19th.

Hey Chris,

Yes, lets plan a hike. It sounds fun.

The rates for overnight stays in Curry village are pretty reasonable.

I too will have to get in shape. Smile

Hi kids, I was just re-reading all the posts here... and thought a snapshot of the current Half Dome WEB Cam was in order.

Dawn would be in her truck with the dogs, driving to take a look in person.
