Welcome All

Greetings everyone,

When I realized that Dawn would no longer be a part of my life, I just couldn't imagine the emptiness that the loss of her "chime" throughout my day would make. I have other friends who have been wonderful about talking to me a little more now, almost as if to counteract the silence. But noone will ever just pop up with the off the wall comments that Dawn would pull out of thin air. She loved making me do a double take every now and then.

I want to thank Anna Smith and Megan Morris, without whom this place for us to gather together and share the warmth and laughter that was Dawn, would not be possible.

Bright memories to you all ...

Angel

HUGS and hihi,

Dawn, I still can hardly stand it without talking to you daily. Not quite over thinking, why why why why, but too late for that. Wish I could have attended your service. Missouri/Illinois was just too far. I will keep looking at your old company job site, as I promised. Someday I will make it out there.

Through this last thiry days, I have the honor to "meet" your sister and some of your wonderful friends on line. I still have all your writings on the server here at home and when I feel a bit more stable, I will burn those CDs for them all (selective, if need be, /wink).

I have to admit I did call you at work, when you left up your crazy AIM message for days (still have those messages saved--yes, I am crazy, but nice), heard your voice but did not leave a message. And I even tried calling you at home and that phone rang and rang and rang.

You are one gifted, blessed, wonderful person and I shall miss you, and miss you and miss you, my friend. I posted on Scarab board about ya, and someone there sent it on to FP, too. Still have Friendster, too.

Thanks again for always being my friend, sis sends her love, too!
