Vacation types

•  Leads off. It means you will be connected to your email, phone and Slack only for urgent matters but always taking care of the leads you already have. In this case you will not receive new leads until the next day after your holidays.

• Holidays 100%. It means that you will need to coordinate with someone of your team who will take care of your email and the communication with your leads/students during the time you are on holidays.

Process

1. Get approval from your direct supervisor/manager. 

2. Fill this form out when you are going on holidays/leave or need more than a week off from receiving new leads.

3. If the type of vacation is Holidays 100%, you must wait for confirmation from your manager and Student Support department regarding the organization of your OFF time.  A Student Support Coordinator will be assigned to you.

Student Support Coordinator's duties when Holidays 100%

1. Proceedings for students (Deals won) who need to continue with their process.

2. Replies to urgent mails

3. PUM submission. The student must already have the offer letter and Pipedrive must be up to date.

Also, please note!

• If a lead you already have is in Responsive status (hereafter) contacts the SSC, you will be told that you are on vacation, so you can choose whether to wait or prefer to be reassigned.

• If a lead that is in Contact Made status contacts the SSC, it will be referred to another Listener.

• Leads recontacted will be resigned.

• The SSC is not in charge of sending quotes, enrolments, sending LOO/LOA or follow-ups.

• Remember! Before going on vacation you should leave Pipedrive as clean as possible and with the activities planned for the return - you don't want to come back from your vacation and have a thousands overdue tasks.

• f we choose Holidays 100%, the leads will be stopped the week before, so that we have enough time to clean the dashboard and get everything organised.

When can I go on holidays?

• Members of the Spain team can go on holidays during the low season, from November to April, and for up to two weeks.

• The Onshore team can take vacations during the low season, from May to October, for up to two weeks at a time.
