This label belongs to the PERSON, not to the deal.
There are only four labels.
STOODENT - ONSHORE/INLAND: This refers to students that are already in their destinations (those that are renewals)
R.I.P: This refers to those that HATE us and do NOT want to hear anything else from us. This label is important because marketing will NOT contact them for any campaigns or newsletters.
FAMILY/FRIENDS: This refers to students that are our direct friends or family members and they will always belong to that same Listener regardless of their destination or location.
BORDERS: This refers to students that are waiting for Australian and NZ borders to open.
Owner
REQUESTED FIELD for LISTENERS!
This label belongs to the PERSON, not to the deal.
The person owner will always be the latest listener.
If the listener leaves the team, all their persons will be reassigned to YouTOOProject Admin or to the Listener that will take over their cases.
First name
REQUESTED FIELD for LISTENERS!
We will have here the name that we use to call the student or in other words, the PREFERED NAME.
For example, MARIA DEL CARMEN wants to be called CARMELA. First name: CARMELA.
This is important because otherwise, all the marketing automation and the automatic emails will be sent calling the student Maria del Carmen, even though she wants to be called Carmela.
More importantly, this field MUST NOT CONTATIN LAST NAMES!
Last name

All the official last names (as per the passport).
This field MUST NOT CONTAIN ANY FIRST NAMES.
Phone
REQUESTED FIELD for LISTENERS!
The phone number of the contact with it's country prefix. If the stOOdent has more than one, we will add them all.

The lead's email. If the stOOdent has more than one, we will add them all.
Nationality

Here we will have their PASSPORT NATIONALITY.
In the case where a student has two nationalities (for example, PERU and ITALY), we need to pay special attention.
We want to have the "bad" nationality (in the example, PERU) to send quotes as the student may be able to get cheaper prices and pay less tuition fee. This needs to be the Student Nationality when doing QUOTES, because otherwise, PUMMAKER will not understand it.
However, we must request the COE, LOA or any other oficial information with the "best" nationality (in the example, ITALY) and we must swap the person nationalities fields in PIPEDRIVE before WON and sending it to VISAS. Otherwise, the visa department may do mistakes and worst case scenario, the student gets their visa refused.

Here we will have their 2nd PASSPORT NATIONALITY.

This field is necessary as we want to track who has been invited to be an AmbassadOOr. Options:
Not yet. To indicate that the person has not be invited yet. All new contacts will always have this marked.
Invited. To indicate that the person has been invited to be a listener. This get changed automatically after the listener does the activity "Invite the lead to be an AmbassadOOr"
Personal. For those that are personal AmbassadOOrs and that their leads are assigned to their listener
Team/Project. For those that are Team AmbassadOOrs and that their leads are assigned as other leads.
Doesn't want to. As it indicates, is for those that have been invited and have replied that are not interested.
Ambassador of

This is only requested when the contact is a Personal AmbassadOOr and it will indicate their Listener.
Gender

This field is important for marketing purposes, and at this stage we are only considering the gender as per the passport of the stOOdent with two options: Male and Female.
COVID-19 Vaccine
REQUESTED FIELD for LISTENERS!
This field is important due to the COVID-19 pandemic as our only destination that accepts non-vaccinated students is, as per today 06/JAN/2021, Dubai. All PUMs must have a COVID-19 full accepted vaccine or will need to be willing to be fully vaccinated before flying to their destination.

This field is necessary for the marketing deparment and will always be filled up before sending the PUM.
Age Group

This field is only recommended and it will be automatically filled up from the contact form on our website.
Language

This field is requested for mailing and marketing purposes. If the lead speaks more than one language, we can introduce them all but the most important ones are:
Spanish. For Spanish speakers
Japanese. For native Japanese speakers
English. For those that are neither Spanish nor Japanese speakers
Passport Number

This field is requested for admin and accounts purposes and must contain the Passport number of the stOOdent (or ID for European students going to Malta or Ireland).
If we have a PUM without a Passport, we must update it as soon as we receive the Passport. If the Passport expires, we must also update it with the new number.
