When a deal enters the stage of Contact Made, it automatically has the activity 1st FU. This activity is normally due in 3 business days and it has two parts:
Automatic email from Pipedrive to the student
Manual WhatsApp
When this activity is marked as done and the lead does not respond. Pipedrive automatically adds a new activity called 2nd FU. This new activity also has two parts:
Automatic email from Pipedrive to the student
It automatically gets sent to LOST with the lost reason: never answered.
It's essential that each Listener updates their Pipedrive on a daily basis so each student is in the correct stage and the marketing team can track the potentiability of each deal.
