There are different ways to have a LEAD IN
FROM WEBSITE FORMS: The person fills up the CONTACT or LÁNZATE forms on our website (regardless of their source, i.e. ADS, AmbassadOOr Referal, Newsletter...)
MANUALLY: We introduce it manually because it has been sent to us directly (there are multiple reasons for this, i.e. its our own contact, its a friend or family member of a current StOOdent or Lead...)
FROM WEBSITE FORMS - There is a quick first clasification on our website:
NO POTENTIAL: Automatically lost and assigned to Ginna Romero
Nationalities classified as risky (i.e. Cuba, Venezuela, República Dominicana, Haiti...)
Wants to travel with kids (i.e. Families)
Travel purpose is only tourism or work (they have not selected study or study+work)
POTENTIAL: Depending on their nationality and current location they get assigned to a listener automatically
Offshore LATAM
Offshore SPAIN
Australia
Japan
Potential Leads (from website forms or manually introduced)

They will all receive an automatic email from their Listener's email account if they comply with the following conditions:

Agency name is YouTOOProject LATAM AND/OR Agency name is YouTOOProject Spain
F: Interested Destination is not empty
The first email will be based on their answers to F: Interested Destination. This is the email.

I have a Lead In but he/she has not received the email
Is it a LWU (i.e. lead that has contacted us several times?)?
If the answer is YES, that is CORRECT. We don't want them to get an automatic email saying My name is Aglae and I'll be your Listener, if they already spoke with us.
If the answer is NO, then we have an issue. Slack Aglae!

In that case, you should create the deal differently that the previous mentioned conditions, for example, directly in Contact Made. They will not receive the email in that case. However, in that case, please remember to add the "1st FU" activity manually.

All leads in Lead In will come with the activity Send 1st WhatsApp or Reconnect with the lead or Send 1st email, after you click done to that activity:
The deal stage will automatically change to Contact Made
It will create a new activity called 1st FU for 3 days later.
