How do you form multiples of the same piece?

For my forms, I created three smaller flower dishes and one large one that I am hoping to use as serving bowls. They are connected by the shape and the design and glaze I used. I inverted the blue and white on the smaller vs larger dishes, and the lines with the underglaze were also inverted. I like the simple flower shape. I think they are fun but also elevated by the colors I chose for the glaze. They were inspired by the colors of china.
I think that it was helpful to have a template because it helped me stay consistent in the size and shape of my forms. That bit was helpful, especially with the requirements of this assignment. I think the greatest challenge is figuring out how each part of the form becomes a template and how it all fits together. I would want to try Kyla’s forms. I think they are really cool and I love the shape of them. They’re very flowy and almost look like flower buds.
