We can adopt them, buy them, or sell them. We have a big responsibility to care for them, feed them, take them for checkups, take them on walks, and much more. It all matters because their love is lifelong. Love your pet day is on February 20th. This day is to honor the love of our pets.

We all celebrate the 100th day of school but have questions come to mind about it. I think the question that bothers everyone is how the 100th Day of school started. Other minor questions are: Why isn't the 100th day of school at the end of the school year? and Why do we celebrate the 100th Day of school? Let's first answer the main question which is how did the 100th day of school start. There is no history of the 100th day of school but I think it started with these kids who made this holiday for fun because they had nothing to do during recess so they made a holiday. Then the holiday spread and the whole world started to celebrate it. So this is what I think of the history of the 100th day of school.
Let's go to the minor questions.
Why isn’t the 100th day of school at the end of the school year? This is because there are 9.2 months in a school year. Which means there are 180 school days in a year. This is why the hundred days of school is not at the end of school Now. Now, do you understand why the 100th day of school is not at the end of the school year?
Let’s now go to the 2 and last minor questionS:
Do We celebrate the 100th day of school? We celebrate the 100th day of school for fun. After all the holidays, the largest celebration for us elementary students is the 100th day of school. From the very first day of the school year classes begin keeping track of the number of days they have been in school in waiting for the 100th day. It is a milestone that represents progress, growth, and achievement. This is why we celebrate the 100th day of school.

Did you know that National Library Lovers’ Day is celebrated on February 14? Reading books helps to exercise the brain and relieve any stress that you may have. It may also give you some knowledge if you are reading a nonfiction book. Reading a book at night helps you have a night of better sleep than sleeping after watching a movie. Reading also improves your general knowledge. Books nurture our thoughts and our feelings and help us to be better and more responsible citizens for our community. The world’s largest libraries are the National Library of Spain and the National Library of Russia. Assyrian ruler Ashurbanipal invented libraries. You should be thankful to him because he invented such an important building which has helped people a lot. After all, they are learning new things from books.
Books give you lots of knowledge so you should not mistreat them. You should go to a library, pick up a nice book, sit in a cozy spot, and read it with your family with a cup of hot chocolate. If you are unable to get to the library, pick out a book from your home and read it with your favorite blanket surrounding you like the pages in a book capturing your mind. National Library Lovers’ Day gives people the chance to read a book and relax their bodies all around the world. We should appreciate librarians for maintaining the books so we could read them and keeping them in different categories so we do not have to waste our time searching for a book. “Books are the plane, and the train, and the road. They are the destination and the journey. They are home.”

Periodic Table Day is on February 7. The first Periodic Table Day was on February 7, 1863. What is the periodic table and who created it? The periodic table was created by Antoine Lavoisier, Johann Wolfang Döbereiner, John Newlands and Henry Moseley. The periodic table is a table of all the elements. The periodic table has 118 elements and there are still more to be found. Some of the different kinds of elements are metals, nonmetals, and semimetals. Metals are conductors of electricity and heat. Metals are strong and smooth metal surfaces can reflect light, which makes them look shiny. Some different kinds of metal are iron, gold, silver, steel, and aluminum. Nonmetals neither conduct electricity nor heat very well. Nonmetals can be gasses or solids. Some examples of nonmetals are hydrogen, carbon, chlorine, helium, etc. Semimetals are like a combination of metals and nonmetals. Some examples of semimetals are boron, silicon, germanium, arsenic, antimony, tellurium, and polonium.
Fun Facts!:
Iron is the most metal on earth and it also makes up much of the Earth’s core.
The most common metal found in the Earth’s crust is aluminum.
Silver conducts electricity better than any other metal on the Earth so far.
Mercury has the lowest melting point of all metals in the periodic table.
It’s the only metal that’s liquid at ordinary room temperature.
Steel and iron expand when heated.
Scientists used battery polarity( the - side of a battery and the + side of a battery) to weigh the elements
Technetium was the first artificially (means humanly created; not natural) produced element.

Pizza day!! Yay!!!!
Don’t we all love pizza? If you do then you’ll be splendid enough to hear that there is a day to honor pizza which is on February 9th! As you already know from the title, yes, it’s called Pizza Day!! YAY! Let me tell you about it and learn the history of this flavorful treat!
HISTORY
The history of pizza is an interesting history. From a soft cheesy disk to the star of the show anywhere it turns up, dating back from around the 1880s. In Italy, King Umberto and Queen Margherita visited Naples, being bored of the steady diet of French cuisine and asked for something savory, like pizza! The queen tasted a variety of foods, but favored a pie topped with the soft white cheese, juicy red tomatoes, and some fresh green basil, called pizza!
However, even the Queen’s love for the dish, pizza remained little known in Italy beyond Naples’ borders until the 19040s. Across the sea, immigrants to the United States from Naples were replicating their flatbreads in New York and other American cities. They were coming for factory jobs but accidentally made a culinary statement. Relatively quickly, the flavors and aromas of pizza began to intrigue non-Neapolitans and non-Italians alike.

The Super Bowl is the annual playoff championship game of the National Football League or the NFL. It has served as the final game of every NFL season since 1966. Since 2022, the game is played on the second Sunday in February. Prior Super Bowls were played on Sundays in early to mid-January from 1967 to 1978, late January from 1979 to 2003, and the first Sunday of February from 2004 to 2021. Winning teams are awarded the Vince Lombardi Trophy, named after the eponymous coach who won the first two Super Bowls. Due to the NFL restricting use of its "Super Bowl" trademark, it is frequently mentioned to as the big game or other generic terms by non sponsoring corporations. The day the game is played is often referred to as Super Bowl Sunday or the Super Sunday.

Presidents Day is a day that we honor all the amazing presidents for what they have done for
their country. A President is a person who is in charge of the whole United States and makes the decisions for what happens to the country. They’re many presidents that served but some of them played a large role in American history. The original version of the holiday, President’s Day, was in commemoration of George Washington’s birthday in 1796. Washington, according to the calendar that has been used since at least the mid 18 century, was born on February 22nd, 1732. In 1968 Congress passed the Uniform Monday Holiday Bill, which moved a number of federal holidays to Mondays. George Washington was the first U.S president in American history and his birthday is right after Presidents Day. He served from 1789 to 1797. He also signed the first Thanksgiving proclamation making November 26 a national holiday and ending the war for independence and the success of ratification of the Constitution. Abraham Lincoln was the 16th president of the United States and he was the head leader of the Civil War. He ended slavery in 1865 which made many happy and let tons free. Lincoln also wrote the emancipation proclamation read by Fredrick Douglass.
The White House is where all of the presidents lived during their presidency and made all of the choices. Our current president Joe Biden is living there now and who knows he might even be planning something for us right now. He is running the country by the side of Kamala Harris. She is the Vice President of the United States. They run the country together and make all the decisions. Presidents’ Day is usually marked by public ceremonies in Washington, D.C., and throughout the country. Most people celebrate Washington's birthday on the 22nd instead of the others that celebrate on the 11th of February. By the early 19century, Washington's Birthday had taken firm root in the American experience as a bona fide national holiday. Its traditions included Birthnight Balls in various regions, speeches, and receptions given by prominent public figures, and a lot of revelry in taverns throughout the land. Along came Abraham Lincoln's birthday on February 12, 1809. The formal observance of his birthday took place in 1865, the year after his assassination when both houses of Congress gathered for a memorial address. When Lincoln's birthday did not become a federal holiday like George Washington’s, it did become a legal holiday for several states.
