WEBSITES:
TIME for Kids
Time for Kids is loaded with fascinating articles, photos, and videos, covering politics, the environment, entertainment, sports, health, and more. It updates students on the most recent news in a kid-friendly way.
Teachers could use this in their classroom several different ways. This could be a teacher and students interactive activity where the teacher reads the article, the students follow along and a class discussion at the end. The teacher and students could also learn about an animal, a language, heights, home schooling or simply staying healthy. This website provides many engaging discussions and lessons.
