What's 'cooking' on the fourth floor?

In grade 9, students are able to take the Food and Nutrition course. See below for descriptions.

HFN10I

This course allows students to develop practical cooking skills by creating nutritious meals. It focuses on empowering students with the knowledge and skills necessary to live healthy and nutritious lifestyles.

Topics covered include kitchen and food safety, the importance of nutrition, making wise food choices, and local and global foods.

Hfn1OF

Course content is the same as HFN1OI, except run as French Immersion.
