Kia ora koutou and welcome back!
Term 4 is always a busy and exciting time of year. We're kicking off with a bunch of events and activities planned, and your children will be finishing their learning strong.
Teachers will be focussed on closing learning gaps and final assessments to consolidate your child's progress for the year. If you have any concerns about your child's learning or progress at this stage, please don't hesitate to contact their teacher.
We are also looking forward to exciting end-of-year events and celebrations. This will be a particularly memorable term for our Year 6 students as they celebrate their final months with us before heading off to intermediate school.
We especially want to acknowledge the hard work our teachers and staff put in every day to make these opportunities happen.
Looking Ahead to 2026
This final term also means we are already starting to look ahead to next year. We are beginning the careful process of planning class placements for 2026. Please know that creating class lists is a complex task that involves balancing many different factors, including academic needs, social groupings, learning styles, and teacher strengths.
Our primary focus is always to ensure the best possible learning environment for every child, and we take this responsibility very seriously. We will always do our very best for your child.
Looking forward to a fantastic term ahead for everyone!
