140th Celebration of Willington Prep - 28th June 2025 from 7pm

Hosted by the Parents of Willington (POW), the 140th Celebration Gala promises to be an unforgettable evening of delicious food, drinks, live music and dancing. 

Proceeds from the night will go toward enriching experiences for our pupils - as well as vital community causes including the Dons Local Action Group. Your support, whether through a pledge, silent auction bid or simply purchasing a ticket and attending plays a meaningful role in bringing this evening to life.

Thank you to those that have already bought tickets for this exciting event! Tickets include canapes and welcome drink, a further two courses seated at your table, three bottles of wine per table of ten, two stacked bars, live music and DJ, silent auction, magician and casino games!

We are doing all we can to create a memorable black-tie ball for all you wonderful parents, staff and alumni; and look forward to seeing you all at the Cherry Red Records / AFC Stadium in just a few weeks. In the meantime, please do spread the word, think about making up a table and encourage as many people as possible to get involved to make this a memorable event for our school community.

• POW are trialling this new event management system, so hopefully no glitches! If so, please bear with us….

• One extra bottle of House Red or White wine (maximum due to software) can be added to your ticket purchase and will be delivered to your seat. A full wine list is available at the venue.

• The micro site does not provide tickets for the event immediately, but they will be delivered prior to the event in good time via email. Please bring your ticket with you to the event.

• Unless otherwise advised, it is our intention to sit attendees with their year groups, so please do let POW have that information when registering; along with any dietary requirements you might have. If you would prefer to put together your own table, after purchase please confirm the ten attendees you would like to sit with and we will look to accommodate you.
