Kay Baudier, age 70. Graduated from Conway High School in 1968 and from UCA in 1972 with a BS in Nursing. I have worked for the state of Arkansas for a total of 41 years...11 with the Conway Human Development Center, 17 at UCA as the Director of Student Health, 9 years at the Arkansas State Hospital and 4 with DHS as the Program Administrator for the Title V Children with Special Health Needs program. I worked for 5 years with a nurse staffing agency as their Director of Nurses and Business Manager. Have retired twice from the state...first time was July 2001 for 1 weekend and finally in July 2018...was able to make it 1 year this time before becoming a part-time school nurse at West Side in August 2019. Guess I'm a work-a-holic at heart...I just LOVE being a nurse. I've been married to my husband Steve for 15 wonderful years after being divorced for 18 years (2 years longer than my first arduous marriage). I have a son, TK, who will be 47 in September and a step-daughter, Melissa, who will be 40 in August. I have 4 grandchildren...Skylar 18 and Lane 11 that belong to Melissa and Josie 15 and Kennedi 10 that belong to TK.
