Welcome to 3rd Grade!

At West Side Elementary, third grade is FANTASTIC! West Side’s third grade is a school family that creates a positive school climate, builds on and celebrates student and classroom successes, teaches children self-regulation and problem solving, and fosters leadership skills necessary for achievement. We, as educators, work together to plan and construct meaningful experiences for students as a whole group and for individual learners. WSE third grade provides hands-on exploration and learning that is relevant and panoramic. We are excited to teach your child, and we look forward to what the new school year has to offer us in third grade!
