Residents of Barnard, Bridgewater, Killington, Plymouth, Pomfret, Reading, or Woodstock who wish to enroll their child in a MVSD pre-k program or any other public or private VT prequalified prekindergarten program.

                                                                OR

VT non-MVSD residents who wish to enroll their child in a MVSD pre-k program under Universal Pre-K (also known as Act 166).
