Residents of Barnard, Bridgewater, Killington, Plymouth, Pomfret, Reading, or Woodstock who wish to enroll their child in a WCUUSD pre-k program or any other public or private VT prequalified prekindergarten program.

OR

VT non-WCUUSD residents who wish to enroll their child in a WCUUSD pre-k program under Universal Pre-K (also known as Act 166).
