Firstly, welcome to WCCS, we are glad to meet you!
This resource has been designed to support you as a new staff member to use the WCCS network and technologies in the best way and, provides you a 'one-stop reference' for diving into your new role.
We understand that different people have various levels of technological knowledge. To support you and give everyone a strong start to their new role, the following resource will provide you with relevant detailed guides for your IT needs.
Your WCCS network account, specifically your username and password (lastnamex (x=first letter of first name)) will give you access to a number of different internal and external ICT related systems. This network account will integrate with any WCCS related systems you use at home, and on personal devices. This account is also linked to both Google and Adobe, so you are able to sign in to these services using your school email and associated password.
Your first step in using the network will be to login to a school computer. Your default password has been set to 123abc!!
Please reset this password following the following complexity requirements: 8 or more characters with a mix Upper, lower, symbols and numbers, that also does not contain the whole or parts of your name.
The next step is to setup your Multi-Factor Authentication, this is a security measure that prevents unauthorised users from accessing your account.
